Bring the following items with you:
Draft Form 48, Academic Plan
Completed Pre-participatory Sports Physical
Original Birth Certificate
Original Social Security Card
Any college transcripts (unofficial is fine)
Any other certificates (Eagle Scout, JROTC, CAP)
Laptop/tablet
BYU Net ID
