Course Description
This course is designed to educate and assist you in establishing a regular fitness program that will remain with you throughout your Air Force career and the rest of your life. You will learn how to stay healthy through proper diet and exercise. By being healthy, there will be improvements in other parts of your life. Some of the immediate results will be an increased PFT score and a physically fit body. During the course, every cadet will be given the opportunity to successfully pass the PFT in the first 30 days of the semester. Following then, the course will concentrate on an organized fitness program to give you the maximum results on your PFT and to maintain a healthy body.
Course Objectives
Provide cadets with the knowledge, ability, motivation and experience to be fit for life
Produce the highest PFT scores of every cadet in the class
Generate Esprit de Corps and teamwork in the wing and among each cadet
Have fun while achieving all other goals
